I love it.
Got a new cut and color today. Feeling footloose and fancy free. More sleek, less disheveled. Exactly what this postpartum mama needed. Now I’m just hoping the new ‘do will draw attention away from the bottom half of my body.

I turned 40 (weeks) today! No sign of baby but I’m blissed out on the birthing vibes. By this time in my first pregnancy, I was in labor with Kaia and preparing to greet her in two hours.

This is what Kaia does now when I stalk her with a camera say “Smile!”. She even strikes the pose you’ll see in the full body shot, donning no shirt, green sweatpants, and pink sparkly princess heels no less. And her trademarked wild child hair.
